The Kids Are Alright is a new queer meetup series focused on real-life connections rather than fleeting moments.

Expect a different event each month curated in partnership with a local queer-owned business around the city.

Roses are red, violets are blue, falling in love with your friends, is a cute thing too.

For most people, February is the month of love. And for our next event, we want to prove that romantic love is not the only type of love you can find. So we're organizing a speed dating event - but with the focus on meeting new people without the pressures of a romantic entanglement. We'll start the evening off with a nice welcome drink and icebreaker game to get everyone in the mood for love. Then, regular speed dating rules apply as you get to know people that you may not know or want to know better guided by prompts that will encourage intimate conversation and different forms of connection.
